Refund and Return policy
Our refund and return policy is applicable for 30 days after the purchase. We will not be able to offer a full refund or exchange if the purchase was made more than 30 days ago.
For the return to be eligible, the item should be unused and in the same condition as it was received. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging.
Please note that certain goods cannot be returned. These include perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
We also do not accept the return of gift cards, downloadable software products, or some health and personal care items. To complete the return, a receipt or proof of purchase is necessary.
Please do not send the purchase back to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted, such as for a book with obvious signs of use, or opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record. We will also not provide full refunds for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts not due to our error, or for items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank, as there may be processing time. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at Info@teddypackaging.co.uk
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded
Product Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please send us an email at Info@teddypackaging.co.uk and mail your item to 4 Manville Terrace, Bradford BD7 1BA, UK.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to 4 Manville Terrace, Bradford BD7 1BA, UK.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. If you are returning expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item
