Can you design my custom boxes?
Definitely! We have an in-house group of graphic designers who can help bring your brand to life. As part of our ongoing commitment to quality, we offer all of our customers 100% free design support.
How do I get a quote for my project? How long does it take to get a quote? Contact our sales team via live chat, or one of our online forms, or call us to let us know your order details. Once we receive your project details, a customer service representative will contact you with a free quote for your review. We respond to all quote requests within 24 hours on business days.
1. What are your turnaround times after I place my order? When will I receive my order?
2. While turnaround time varies depending on each customer’s unique specifications, our standard turnaround time for custom box orders is 8-10 business days after final design approval.
3. Bulk or rigid custom box orders may require additional production and/or shipping time, which we will share with you ahead of time. While we maintain an extremely high level of accuracy in our stated turnaround times, delivery estimates cannot be guaranteed. If your delivery date is time-sensitive, we highly recommend that you discuss rush production and expedited shipping with your customer service representative.
How do I know what my box will look like before placing my order? Do I receive proof before printing?
With Teddy Packaging, you are never in the dark about your order. Before printing your boxes, we will create and share 2D and 3D mockups of your boxes based on the artwork you provide. This means you’ll be able to see every aspect of your design, from every angle, before you take your order to production. If you need design adjustments after reviewing your mockups, our team of graphic and structural designers provides design assistance at no additional cost to all clients.
Can I print artwork on the inside and outside of the box?
Yes! We often print double-sided boxes that include your artwork on the inside and outside of the custom boxes. We are able to print outside (1 side) and inside the box (2 sides). Additional charges may apply for double-sided printing, please speak directly with your customer service representative for details.
Do you offer discounts for large orders? How can I reduce my cost per unit?
Yes! As a general rule, pricing tends to cost more as the order quantity increases, so the larger the box quantity, the lower the cost per unit. The price is usually determined by the size and style of the box, the ink coverage on the box, and the material, and the quantity of the box.
